This home renovation was transformed into a bright, inviting space with a seamless flow from the open great room to the beautiful outdoor patio.

Our client wanted a more functional and spacious home that would comfortably accommodate her family and dogs. She found the existing house dark and difficult to navigate due to its long hallways and closed-off rooms. Her vision was for a home filled with natural light, adorned with beautiful blue tile, and finished with durable, cohesive materials throughout.

Key design features included a simple, modest exterior, an expansive outdoor gathering space, and a larger, open kitchen and great room with abundant natural light. The interior was thoughtfully reconfigured to incorporate a dedicated piano recital area, a central dining space, ample storage and shelving for books, and modernized bathrooms featuring curbless showers and a freestanding tub.
