Our 7-Step Process

Consult
Contact us to schedule a meeting at your home to discuss design solutions that fit your needs. We determine the the scope of work and send you a proposal to review. Once you approve, we can begin your project!

Site Measure
We meet at your house to measure and take photos of all the areas of work. We share a Pinterest board to collaborate with you on design ideas.

Design Concepts
Once we have all the information of the existing spaces, we start designing! We present floor plan options from which you can mix and match design elements to create the perfect floor plan that best fits your needs.

Product & Material Selections
We schedule showroom visits for you to select appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring, countertops, doors and windows, etc. We can also bring physical samples of tile, flooring, countertops, and paint colors to our meetings for your convenience.

Design Meetings
Meet with us to review the floor plans, 3D drawing model, and product / material selections. Meetings can be done in person or virtually. We share an online project folder for you to easily access all your project information.

Extended Services (If Required)
We coordinate with the structural engineer for designs that affect the structure of the building. We can assist with the building permit application. We can obtain product quotes and place orders for you to be ready on-site for your contractor.

Project Completion
We finalize your project, and send you the finalized set of construction documents with the invoice. All done!
